The deal, without the small print.
You are buying files, not a login. Here is what that means, what the books are and are not, and who handles your money.
What you are buying
Each title is a PDF and an MP3 audiobook. One payment; nothing renews. You may keep the files, read and listen on any device you own, and print for your own use. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute them, or upload them where other people can take them. Sharing a chapter with a friend to make a point is fine. Putting the whole Library on a file-sharing site is not.
Who takes your money
Checkout, receipts, delivery and refunds run on Payhip, which acts as Merchant of Record. The terms shown at checkout are the terms that apply to the purchase. If a file is broken, missing, or the wrong one, email hello@sequeiralibrary.com and it gets replaced — which is usually faster than a refund anyway.
What the books are, and are not
They are education: what the research found, how confident the field is, and what that implies for an ordinary week. They are not medical, clinical, nutritional or psychological advice, and cannot be. Nelson Sequeira is a certified fitness professional. He is not a licensed nutritionist, physician, physiotherapist, or psychologist. Consult a licensed healthcare professional before starting any new training, nutrition, or recovery programme — especially during pregnancy or postpartum, if you are managing a chronic condition, or if you are returning from injury. Training carries risk. You accept that risk when you train, whatever you have read.
Accuracy and corrections
Every factual claim names its source and carries a confidence grade. Where the evidence is thin or contested, the text says so. Errors are corrected in writing on the corrections page, not silently edited out. If you find one, that is a favour, not a complaint — send it in.
The audiobooks
Narration is an AI voice. This is disclosed on every product page, in the audio itself, and here.
